- Build the control plane that captures audit-grade evidence for every agent run.
- Design residency-aware deployments with observability and security baked in.
- Own reliability: SLOs, on-call readiness, and operational tooling.
Product Designer
Enterprise UX • Workflows • Systems thinking
- Design review and approval workflows for regulated teams.
- Turn complex compliance requirements into simple, guided UI.
- Own the design system quality bar across public + product surfaces.
Technical Account Manager
EU-based • Integration • Stakeholders
- Guide customers through pilots and production rollouts.
- Translate audit and security questions into crisp technical answers.
- Close the loop with product/engineering on outcomes and gaps.

Hiring process
- Intro chat (30 minutes) to align on mission, scope, and timeline

- Practical exercise or working session—short, scoped, and respectful of your time
- References + offer, with clear expectations and a 30/60/90 plan
