Data we process
- Account data: name, email, company, role
- Product telemetry: audit logs, prompts, and decisions you choose to send us
- Support data: submissions in tickets, chat, or email
Why we process it
- Provide and secure the KLA platform
- Meet contractual/legal obligations (e.g., auditability, billing)
- Improve product quality through aggregated analytics
Prospecting & outreach data
- If we contacted you about KLA and you are not a customer: we process your name, job title, business email, employer, and public professional profile data
- Sources: your public LinkedIn profile and the business-contact provider Apollo.io — we do not buy consumer data and we never sell personal data
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in business-to-business outreach relevant to your professional role (assessment on file; copy available from [email protected])
- Retention: deleted on objection, and at most 3 years after our last contact; opt-outs are kept on a permanent suppression list so we never contact you again
- Opt out anytime: reply "no thanks" to any email, or write to [email protected] — we action both the same way
