- We provide 99.9% availability SLA on paid tiers
Data ownership & security
- You own your data; we process it under DPA terms
- We maintain ISO 27001-aligned controls and audit trails
- Data residency is available in EU-only clusters
Liability
- Direct damages capped at fees paid in prior 12 months
- No consequential or punitive damages
- Indemnities for IP infringement and data protection claims
